謝謝回複，我也知道一般情況下file了就可以去工作了，但是這個新公司規定要等到H1B
transfer批準了才可以用H1B工作。所以我想知道現在是否可以立刻先用EAD開始工作，
然後拿到transfer的批準再回到H1B身份繼續工作。再次感謝
-If you use EAD, technically your H1 status is terminated. So, if your employer does not allow you to work during the H1 transfer is pending, you had better ask the company to use premium processing to get the H1 approved in 15 days and then, you can use H1 to work. Or you just use the EAD to work, then go to China to get the H1 visa in the future to reinstate your H1 using the H1 transfer approval notice.
