"Are you a B-2 visitor applying to extend your stay, or are you applying to change your status to that of an F-1 or M-1 student? "

答案是選YES OR NO。

這個問題的的前半部分，我應該選YES，後半部分應選NO。有些糊塗了。還是我理解有誤。

-You can not e-file the B2 extension, but use paper-filing. See this e-filing of I-539 and you can see there is not e-filing of B2 extension available:
