我先生2011年在國內廣州拿到移民簽證，11年11月份登陸美國，呆了一個月之後在美國拿到正式綠卡，返回中國。因工作關係，至今不能返回美國長呆，估計得到明年一月份才能有機會。
1。聽說拿到綠卡之後半年，還是一年之內必須返回一次美國，是這樣嗎？他已經錯過半年返回美國的機會了。
-He has to come back to US before his stay in China reaches one year, otherwise his green card will be void automatically and he can not use it to enter US anymore.
2。如果他明年一月份來，還能不能入境？會有什麽樣的麻煩？除了綠卡還需要準備什麽？
3。他來探親，估計帶兩個月就得走，是不是辦一個回美證比較好？
-He needs to apply for the reentry permit (RP). He can leave US after you does the fingerprinting for the RP and then, you can mail the RP to him when you get it later.
