回複：請教老師,F1 quit轉H4的問題

今年5月申請的H4轉F1,8月20號收到approve notice,拿到新的I94.已經注冊上學,本周是學校開學第一周.可是剛查出來脊椎長了腫瘤,醫生給緊急安排了半個月後的手術,所以需要辦理休學.可是我們係規定,如果drop第一學期,就必須要quit,不保留學籍,所以現在需要轉回H4,有幾個問題想請教一下老師:

1. 我已經注冊,可是本周內需要drop所有課程,那我在8月20號到drop課程這段時間的身份算合法嗎? (F1應該馬上會被revoke掉吧)

2.F1轉H4可以efile嗎?請問F1轉H4可以用efile嗎? 我在uscis的網站上看到
If your current status is B1, B2, F1, F2, J1, J2, M1 or M2, you are
eligible to file using the new USCIS Electronic Immigration System, USCIS
ELIS.

發現沒有轉成H4的選項.

請問是不是隻能用paper filing來轉H4？

-File the H4 application (I-539) by E-filing online and then, mail the support documents to the address indicated on the E-filed verification letter. Print out the e-filed verification letter after e-filing and mail this letter with your support documents to USCIS (put the e-filed verification letter on the top of the documents). After you do this, then drop yourself from the school.
