父母有綠卡，短期回國時，由於突發疾病，治療調養，在國內待了三年，現在想來美定居，是申請SB-1好，還是直接作廢，申請B1來美後，再重新申請綠卡，謝謝各位老師

-Your parents have to have strong evidences to support the SB-1 visa application because this visa is very strict to be issued. So, it is hard for me to give you a suggestion without knowing details. If the SB-1 visa application fails, their green card will be taken away by the Consulate during the visa interview, thus it might hurt their B1/B2 visa application.
