我現在需要轉學，已經找到了接受學校並且剛剛拿到了acceptance letter，可是之前的學校不肯release SEVIS，說是超過了60天的grace period （我上個Quart是6月底結束，新學校的Quarter是10月初開始 。請問各位老師有沒有這個60天的grace period的說法？

這種情況下我該怎麽辦呢？

-You may ask your new school International Student Office to see whether they can help you to reinstate your F-1 status though the chance is small. If you can not reinstate your F-1, you have to go to China to get the F-1 visa.
