請問8老師、皮老師: H1b 批準但需要回國簽證

昨天h1b批下來了，但沒有I-94.　公司律師說要全家一起回去中國簽證，理由是簽證官會說"Where is you wife?" Since she is out of status, we need her to come back before we can approve visa. 我希望我自己先回去，萬一拒簽的話，我妻子也可以在這裏處理一些房子等事務．律師的說法對不對呢？

還有律師說ds-160 "Did you ever out of status in US" 我要回答yes, 因為我的h1b有8個月＋4個月的waiting approve gap了．這個說法對不對？謝謝！

還有H1b的終止日期給延長了8個月，不知為什麽．
