請問：H1B 轉F2是否會影響以後再申請H1B?多謝多謝！！！

本人H1B 十月5號到期。想轉成老婆的F2，可是她學校的international advisor 說這種case很可能被據，事實如此嗎？如果被拒，是否會影響以後再申請H1B（當然是要離境一年）? 多謝回複。

那如果在被拒或批準之前withdraw 申請，是否會影響以後再申請H1B（當然是要離境一年）? 多謝回複。
