我有3個問題請教Pijiang老師和8老師， 我的情況是：NIW，priorite dated 是2009年9月。
1 I-485和AP申請遞交一周後收到email和手機信息顯示所有申請已經收和receipt number, 並且申請費的支票也被USCIS 收取劃費。又一周後， 除了主申請人的 I-485書麵收據外， 其它所有申請的書麵收據都同時收到。現在已經收到AP，但始終沒有收到I-485書麵收據。最近需要回國，請問隻有AP而沒有I-485書麵收據是否會有麻煩？

-Passport and AP are enough.
2 485申請遞交後收到REF(有關流感疫苗）， REF回複遞交後網上查詢得知USCIS在5月份已經收到REF 回複。至今網上查詢狀態依然是“Request for Evidence Response Review”，是否雖然USCIS網上說60天給答複，但現在排期沒到，我現在不用在意？
-Do nothing.
3 副申請人（我妻子）已經收到AP和EAD, 也已經申請和拿到她的Social Security Number. 是否需要申請取消她的TN number(稅號，以往報稅時申請的）？
-Yes, she has ask IRS to rescind her ITIN after she gets the SSN. A person can not have both ITIN and SSN.
該如何申請取消？
-She needs to send a letter to IRS ITIN Unit requesting a rescind of her ITIN. Then, IRS will rescind her ITIN and transfer all her information associated with ITIN to her SSN. Enclosed both copies of her ITIN and SSN in the letter. Additional steps: 1. Inform the 3 credit bureaus (Equitax, Experian and TransUnion) to to import her credit history associated with her ITIN (if any)to her SSN; 2. Inform bank, insurance, etc. regarding change of ITIN to SSN.
