上次申請孩子，麵試後被拒，今天收到了NVC的來信，內容如下， 懇請老師解讀一下，不勝感謝

-Just as I told you long time agao that it was unfair for the US Consulate in Guangzhou to deny your child immigraiton visa application and USCIS/NVC will reject the Consulate's request of your child visa denial. See the following links for my previous reply to your previous questions:

Now this NVC letter confirmed that my prediction is correct and NVC will send the case back to the US Consulate in Guangzhou again. Then, the US Consulate in Guangzhou will contact your child for a new immigration visa interview. So, just wait for the US Consulate to inform your child for the visa interview appointment.
