首先感謝兩位在移壇的無私奉獻。
我現在EB2 Pending. 二月份遞485時同時申請EAD和AP。四月份收到EAD和AP的COMBO card。
五月份回國並於六月份用EAD/AP COMBO card 回到美國，護照上新的I-94 狀態AOS到明年三月.
六月收到移民局的信說，我用於申請AP的照片不合格，讓我補交照片。因為我已經使用AP並已有I-94， 就沒有在遞交新照片。 今天收到另一封信，說因為我沒有交照片，AP申請被拒。
-USCIS has the right to revoke any approved application (even green card) as long as they think the approval is a mistake.
現在我想今年聖誕節去加拿大訪友，請問我是否可以用護照上i-94和EAD/AP card回美國。
-No. Because USCIS has revoked your approved AP/EAD, you can not use this card for travle or work any more. Also that I-94 is parolee I-94, not non-immigration status I-94, so you can not use the visa automatic revalidation benefit to travel to Canada (i.e. you did not visa stamp on your passport for your last entry, of course no visa automatic revalidation).
或者我的AP已經不能使用，我需要重新申請AP.
