為父母申請綠卡的時候同時申請了回鄉證。I-130批了，身體檢查報告也交上去了，回鄉證也收到了. 現在就等打指模和麵試了。現在老父有事要回國，

我的問題是：他可以用回鄉證回國嗎？會影響他的綠卡申請嗎？

如果會影響他的綠卡申請，我可不可以直接到local的移民局辦公室直接打指模，和申請麵試？
