我在申請我母親， 她收到了從廣州來的信， 主要就是DS-3032. 她寄了掃描的複件給我。

我的理解是DS-3032就是問你沒沒有請人幫忙申請。 是不是填好後，寄回廣州領事館以可以了。我可以在網上填嗎？

-Not send it to 廣州領事館, but National Visa Center (NVC). Your mother needs to sign the form and mail it to National Visa Center (may send it to you and then, you mail it to NVC). She can choose you to be the agent, so NVC will send the documents to you for your mother. The form can be download online. Your mother can sign it and the scan it and email to you, then you print it out using color printer, then mail it to NVC. NVC has to receive the form, otherwise they will stop processing the case.
