if changed employer after 180 days after receiving 485 receipt, and 485 is denied later , then the old apporoved 140 is no longer valid, am I right?

-If you will not come back to work for the I-140 sponsor any more, you can not file a new I-485 using this approved I-140. But you still can use that approved I-140 to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit in this case.
