我和老公的登記日和我的綠卡批準日是同一天，我老公是應該申請follow to join 還是F2A?

-No following-to-join in your case because your marriage has to occur before your I-485 was approved to use this benefit.

老公目前身份是H1B,EB2. 可否同時file follow to join 和F2A?

-You may file I-130 for him using F2A or he just waits for his EB2.
