Have to clarify my previous question. I filed the application when I finished 3-mo residency requirement in current state. I should change the DL after I estabalished the residencey in current state. But I don't want to do it since I might move back to my former state. I am not sure whether the IO will think I am not a kind of law-abiding person.

-Have your changed your car registration yet? If so, you will be fine. You also need to file AR-11 to USCIS after you moved. You need to provide the evidence/proof (e.g. DL or car regsitration) to demonstrate that you have been the resident of your current state for at least 3 months before you filed N-400. If you have not change your car resgistration yet or never contact your local DMV about your address change, you may bring your AR-11 filing receipt and other evidences of your current residence such as phone bills, utility bills, etc. and explain why you did not change your DL or car registration if asked. Sometimes the IO may not care about this kind of thing, but you had better prepare it.
