I see. But in addition to the options mentioend earlier of o-1 and "leaving for a month or so before the h1b expiry", maybe I can try the EB1A+PP, even it get denial, maybe it will bring the officer's attention to my old dust collecting NIW, no? hehe

-The EB1 will not affect the NIW no matter whether the EB1 is denied or approved.
