請教8老師，H1B transfer的問題

剛拿到新工作的offer,舊的工作也剛提出辭職，可能在新工作的律師遞出H1B transfer後（或是遞交前），舊的工作就沒了，請問這樣H1B transfer會有問題嗎？

在H1B transfer期間，我能離開美國回加拿大嗎？
