I am US citizen and co-filing I130 and I485 forms in same envelope for my parents
1. they each need their own copies of I-140, I-485, G-325A, I-693, I-864,right?
2. For 485, should I mark A in part two? an immigrant petition giving me an immediately visa number...or should I mark B (deriative status for spouse) since the applicant is a parent so that the other parent will get derriative status?
4. I think I should fill in A (visa number approved) for parents. But should concurrently filing be stated anywhere? only field H is fillable.
5. my father was out of status for many years in US. But he renewed his passport in SF consulate and no longer have the original visa stamp and i94 on old passport. We only have a copy of original I-94 but have no copy of original visa stamp. His visa was renewed twice in US before finally was expired. I think the renewed visa and I-94 copy can prove his legal entry. But how to fill in the visa number and date on I-485? does reviewed B-2 have any number same as original visa stamp?
6. do I have to provide two exact same copies of W-2 and tax for each of them since their documents are in same envelop?
7. my parents should fill in their parents's birthday/place on G-325A. But their parents died already. should their names be filled in anyway or left as None? they didn't know their birthday/place either.
8. For all places for allien registration number, should they be left blank or filled in as none or n/a?
Thanks for the advices! Have a great day!!!!
