I-485 RFE birth certificate, 請8老師,P老師看看.

8老師,P老師請幫忙! 我和LP今年4月遞的I485,EB2.PD: Jan 6, 2010.今天收到移民局的RFE,原文如下:

Please submit a photocopy of your official birth certificate.If the document is not in English, please include a certified English translation. If a birth certificate does not exist or cannot be obtained, your must demostrate this and submit secondary evidence pertinent to the facts at issue.

我的問題是:我已經在遞交I485的時候交了由公證處出的出身公證書了, 如果他們丟了, 我再寄一遍沒有問題.我是想確認以下, 我是應該用公證處的出身公證材料來回複?而不是其他什麽材料? 公證書有說我的出生年月,父母名字和我的中國身份證號碼.(不是護照號碼)

我仔細看了一下, 公證書裏麵一共四頁,中文頁麵有公證員蓋章和公證處蓋章.可是英文翻譯件裏麵沒有蓋章或簽字,會不會是移民局要求補資料的原因?
