學下說給我H1b extension。我的140已經AP了，我等到新的H1b renew下來在交485，這樣行嗎？

-If your PD is current, you may just file I-485 before your current I-94 expires if you do not want to leave US. Because you work for the same employer, probably USCIS can not tell/find you are working on a different job. Your employer can extend your current H1 before it expires in October 2012. Of cpurse, for 100% safety, you had better go to China and come back to get a new I-94 and then, file I-485. Up to you.
