-Renewal does not solve the violation of status.
2. 我的visa stamp 還是有效的，到10/10/2012。多次入境，那我出境一次，再用舊的visa,新的H-1b 入境應該沒有什麽問題吧？
-That will be absolutely fine as long as you leave US before your old I-94 expires. Then, you will get the new I-94 at the port of entry when you come back. This also will remove your violation of status automatically. Then, you can file your I-485 after you return and your I-485 will be 100% safety. When you leave US, you need to submit the old I-94 (not the new extended I-94) to the airlines (or CBP officer).
3。從墨西哥回來，為什麽不給我新的I-94 呢？不是每個人入境時都有一張新的I-94嗎？
-The CBP officer thought your new H1 is OK and thus, you can use visa automatic revalidation rule to reenter US. That is why theyu did not give you a new I-94. Otherwise, everything is OK to you now.
4。我可不可以到local 移民局補張新的？
-No.
