1more Q: reason is my parents

I hope to get them the Canadian PR.

I am still a F-1, not going to apply for Green Card in the U.S. in the recent years.

If after I got approved and landing, how can my parents going with me to Canada? Do they need to go back China for the visiting visa?

Problem is, they are not maintaining the legal B-2 visa in the U.S. (complicated reasons behind that), so is it possible that they'd be denied the visa, either in U.S. or in China?
