A friend of mine has an order of removal. He married to an american citizen and now his I485 has been accepted. Then does he have a legal status to stay in USA?

-No. He is not qualified for filing I-485 due to the order of removal, so he can not use the benefits of I-485 pending. USCIS will deny or reject his I-485 later. Unless he gets the waiver of removal, he will never get the green card.
