回複：求助：綠卡的sponsorship 在公司內部遇到麻煩

在一家大銀行工作，通過公司申請綠卡。今年一月向公司內部申請sponsorship,我的直接兩層經理都很支持。 但是上層領導和HR一直沒回複，兩層boss（All Chinese）都催了很多次也沒結果。別的部門的綠卡申請很快就批了，據說我們部門的頭兒從來沒有辦理過綠卡，合作的HR也從沒辦過。Boss下周會作最後一次努力。我覺得希望不大。最大問題是我H1B明年09/30就徹底結束了。有家有口的，現在我應該怎麽辦？

換工作到其他公司，還來得及嗎？

-Probably too late unless you are very lucky because normally a new employer may not sponsor you green card until you work for them for a certain period of time.
