請教8老師，跟I-485一起提交的marriage certificate必須是從county申請的copy麽，
還是可以自己直接photocopy ?

我的先生過去三年都沒有個人的W-2（他開始兩年在香港讀書，最後一年回來美國，但是沒有找到工作）， 這種情況影響申請麽？
-He has to have the ability to support you.
如果沒有這個W-2， 可不可以提交他的bank account證明他可以support我？
-That will need large amount of the money: 5 X 125% of the poverty line if he uses cash (i.e. bank deposit or property) for the support.
或者他的父母可以提供sponsor？
-Yes. His parents can be co-spopnsor.
如果他的父母提供sponsor，需要他父母的W-2麽？
-Yes, both tax return and W2 of 2011.
