請各位幫忙看一下. 我EB3 pending, 已有EAD 和AP,PRIORITY DATE 是2007年一月.想盡快拿到綠卡. 想問一下, 在這樣的狀況下, 我在提交結婚綠卡申請的時候,還要申請EAD 和AP 嗎? 我現在的EAD 還有一年到期,可以一直繼續使用嗎? 移民局會如何合並我的案子,用同一個A NUMBER 嗎? 非常感謝.

-You may not need to file a new I-485 and just request USCIS to do the I-485 interfiling/transfer when your spouse files I-130 or after the I-130 filing. Thus, you can save some money and get the green card faster (not need biometrics and background check again in this case).

You can continue to use the existed EAD and AP until it expires after you file I-130 or file a new I-485.
