基本情況：父親已故，母親來美探親3個多月，給母親辦綠卡，130和485同時file

問題：

1）130和485上母親地址寫美國的還是國內的？

-US address, e.g. your address if she lives with you.

2）父親已故，母親婚姻狀況怎麽填？

比如“date and place of present marriage”,

-Put “N/A”

name(s) of prior hu*****and”?

-Put “your father’s name (deceased)”

3) 130 的22項 USCIS office， 除了填美國所在地的，還要填中國的麽？

-No. Put the USCIS office such TSC, NSC, etc.

如果填，除了廣州，北京有office麽？

4）485 application type, 對於130和485一起file，是選a –An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved, 還是h-other basis 加注釋？

-Choose “a –An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved”.

5）864擔保，我個人收入已經夠擔保線，那麽還需要我先生填864麽？

-No.

如果不需要，他的收入和我們的稅表也在我的864中出現，

-Just put your personal income data in the I-864,, but provide a copy of the entire family income tax return of 2011 if you filed joint-tax return.

那麽他不填864可以麽?

-He does not need to do it.
