本人永久居民。現美國公司派到中東工作至少兩年。公司還按在美工作付工資。我將還按在美工作報稅。每半年回美呆兩周。請問：

1 我是否需要申請白皮書？

因我每半年回美呆兩周。

2 如要，遞上申請後，多久可打指紋？

-Normally one to two months, but you may request that they send you the appointment earlier by addressing the urgency reason in the cover letter, and had better ask the employer to issue a letter addressing that you need to leave US shortly, thus they may send you the appointment quickly,

多久可批？

-About 3 months.
