是的，我是耶魯給的 DS 2019 表。But 難道 J1 waiver 和 funding source 沒關係？因為我被學校告知在豁免申請書上我必須填上我是拿 US 政府的錢。Because NIH 還提供我機票和健康保險。

-So what? Most Chinese J1 scholar got funded either from US Government (e.g. NIH, NSF, USDA, etc. ) or Chinese Government and they got J1 waiver.
