收到I-140的RFE，關於ability to pay的，因為公司運營狀況不佳，感覺很不妙。要求提供三個東西，IRS certified tax return；employers quartly federal tax form；最後一個，很頭疼，是關於稅表上一個很專業的東西，我一時也說不清。
為了省稅，公司的會計師把稅表做得很難看。因為去年公司基本是虧的，net income小於我的proffered wage； net current asset方麵，欠款很多，所以數字很小，雖然因為我們工廠裝了一個太陽能的東西，政府會返給公司一些錢，但是那個錢沒有進我們公司的帳，所以對我也是不利的；當時還提交了最近幾個月的pay stub，算是達到了preoffered wage，RFE裏倒是沒有提到要我補交去年的W2什麽的，否則也是倒黴，因為遠遠沒到prewailing wage。
我想請教一下兩位老師，像我這種情況，是不是基本就沒希望了？要做最壞的打算了？
