我現在EB-3 140 已經批了.485 在等排期. 現在本公司內有一個較高職位給以轉過去.做的事和以前不一樣. 請問這樣的話, 是不是要重新來過.重新辦H-1B 和 PERM & １４０ 呢?
-You need to do the PERM and I-140 again over again unless you will come back to work at your current position after you get the green card. You can use the old priority date if you file a new I-140. Your employer just need to file an H1 amendment.
