LD已於上月底遞交公民申請，我目前是J1身份，明年五月到期。請問不出差錯的話，是不是在明年五月前LD的入籍可以得到批準？

這樣的話LD能不能在他入籍之後但五月之前立即為我遞交I-130？

-Yes, but you can not file your I-485 until you get the J1 waiver.

如果能，我在五月之後算pending嗎？屆時我應該怎樣處理我的J1？

-It does not matter to you after your spouse becomes a US citizen even if you do not have a legal status. But You must get the J1 waiver.

 

是找新的工作還是現在就申請waiver?老板並不很支持我的waiver。謝謝！
