the most important thing now is:
check the records of the court case about the arrest. if the case found not guilty or dismissed, then your case will be slow but will get through. from reading your words this looks like the case.

you need get a letter from the attorney handle the arrest case about his/her statement of "no record". this letter is better to explain why u put no on 485 and say no at the interview than change 485 form now. the damage already done.

highly advised that let an attorney to handle your case from now on (if your arrest case found u some what guilty of did not dismissed, you must have an attorney to handle your case). in fact when the officer ask do you want an attorney present, that is a hint that your case need an attorney
