爸爸逾期滯留兩年，現已回國兩年。我是否還可以給他申請綠卡？我知道有一個10年不能入境bar,，可老媽不信。非要試一試。頭大啦。

-Don't waste your money to try it before the 10-year bard ends. The US Consulate will not make a mistake to issue the visa to your father because they are very careful, especially for immigration visa. Alsa,if they make a mistake to issue a visa, the CBP officer at the port of entry will find your father overstay issue, and thus not allow your father to enter US.
