回複：父母逾期居留，申請綠卡期間可否申請回美證

我已入籍，現準備為父母申請綠卡。他們已經逾期居留超過一年。 提交申請材料後，他們想先回一次國，是否可以為他們申請回美證，如可，需多長時間批下來。煩請各位大俠們解惑。 在此先謝了。

-They do not need to apply for the AP because they can not use it to travel to China due to their overstay > 6 months. If they leave US before they get the green card, they will be sujected to 10-year bar.
