如果以前是H1B身份，以前曾經申請過140被Deny，如果回中國後，再來美國申請B1簽證是否有問題？就是會否因為移民傾向的問題被拒？

如果會中國為一個美國的在中國的分公司工作一年後，是否該美國公司可以幫助申請L1簽證？

-No. L1 visa is for the alien who works for a foreign company which has a branch company in US and the L1 holder work in this branch company.

簡而言之，以前的那個失敗的140申請是否對未來的B1,L1 or H1B簽證有很大影響？

-Possibly it affects B1, but if you work for the US company in China, I don't think it will affect your B1 visa application very much. It will never affect L1 or H1.

另外L1是必須在中國連續待夠滿1年，還是不連貫的也可以，就是比如2年內總計待夠一年也符合要求？

-Occasionally it is fine to break the continuity such as visit US for a one to two months each year and it is accumulated in this case.
