Better to do more to fight the "mispresentation" thing, such as:1) amended page 3 of I-485 (whether arrested in the past); 2) do a detailed affidavit explaining why answered "NO" both on the form and at the interview; 3) if possible, get a letter from your criminal attorney explaining what happened. Better to find an experienced immigration attorney.
