2個OPTION 都不好？I don't quite get it. But I think what you mean is that when they send me anything, make sure I can get it.  so  I think I need to change address before my PD is current which means before they sent out anything.

the worst case, the letter was returned to them. what will happen, do they give me a chance to explain?
