AP in the card production stage, can I start travelling?

申請綠卡加EAD 和 AP. 我急著下周要回國， 申請了加快。批準後，網上顯示是：

The USPS reported that your new card was delivered on July 16, 2012, directly to the address we had on file.

如果已經DELIVER， 這是說我很快就收到卡了？ 可是我打到服務熱線，卻被告知30天內收到。究竟是以哪一個為準？

如果沒收到卡就離開，可以嗎？
