個人情況:孩子2007年回國(旅行證+美國護照). 父母2010年綠卡下來.
現在孩子要回來上學,如何離開中國?

-Go to 當地公安部門 to extend the 旅行證 and then, go to 當地的出入境管理部門 to 辦理出境卡. Because your child's 旅行證 has expired, you may ask your relatives to help you (may need to give some kind of gifts to the local police officer, somehting like that in China..., you know it, right?).
 
還要到當地公安局辦理出境卡嗎?

 

我們有綠卡了,還可以半嗎?

-Fine because your child is in China already.
