我在industry 工作，今年二月遞交了485 （EB2 perm),現在有一個offer， 是不是到8月以後（遞交了485 滿180天以後）就不用擔心換工作影響綠卡的批準了？

-The change of job does not affect your I-485 as long as the new job is in the same/similar field.

我想我需要做H1B transfer,這個需要多長時間呢。在此期間可以在新公司上班嗎？

-After USCIS receive your H1 transfer petition, you can work for the new employer immediately.
