母親目前一人在中國。以前來美數次。85歲高齡。直接為她申請綠卡好？還是先辦簽證，來美後再辦率卡好？

-If she can get the B2 visa to enter US, then you can sponsor her green card after she enters US for 3 or more months. Thus, she can get the green card very soon (a few months). Also, she does not need the B2 visa application interview by using "中信銀行代簽" due to her high age.

If she chooses to apply for the immigration visa in China, it may take one to two years (even longer if not smooth). Also it is not convenient for her to go to the US Consulate in Guangzhou for the immigration visa interview.
