I went to the local INS office, they said they could not update the info on my I-94. I want to get a corrected I-94 based on the following reasons.
1. I need a visa to travel overseas many times to conduct research and/or attend advisory committee meetings;
2. I need the corrected I-94 to apply for Permanent Residency if copy of I-94 form is needed.

By the way, who can tell me the address of USCIS main office in California? Thanks a lot.
