Hello teachers;
I applied GC for my Mom in March and sumitted RFE in early May. She's waiting for interview since.
She has AP and now we bought her return ticket for her at the end of Auguest back to China. My question for you teachers are:
1) If after she's back to China (Tianjin) we receive interview notice, can we reschedule interview in US? If so, how long can I extend the time? 3months, 1/2 year, or longer? - Uncertain
2) Can I reschedule her interview in China? - No. She may choose to apply immigration visa in Guangzhou
If so, how to do it? Can I just file the address change and hopefully USCIS will send review location to one close to her (Beijing, for example).
3) What other options can I have?
