母親現綠卡持有者。居住半年美國，半年中國數次。期間隻有一次因為手術在中國生活8個月，入關時已經出示醫院證明。今年九月打算回中國，並計劃在中國居住一年（不超過一年）。請問我媽媽這種情況需要辦理回美證嗎？

-She should be OK to come back without Reentry permit, but possibly she may get the warning when she come back. If so, just apply for the reentry permit next time travel.
