this daughter is NOT hold US passport
if this daughter is from previous marriage, no much weight on this divorce case.

something Not right here.

If she knows her A number, she has 60% to 80% chance enter US again without problem. if her hu*****and agree, 99.99% chance come back. after come back she has problem at begin of 2005 ( after a little over one year from now) or the divorce become final.

she can get her SSN again by show her ID (passport)

she can get another Stamp on her passport by file a form said that she lost her gc. this stamp works the same like a gc.
