I checked the USCIS.gov website using the EB1B I-140 petition application receipt number and found that they sent out an RFE mail on May 31 2012 and later I found the post office returned the mail to their office. Neither the comapny nor the attorney received the copy of the notice. I asked the company and the attorney contact the customer service and requested for re-send the RFE notice. Do you have idea how long will it take the USCIS office to re-send out the notice mail, say typically? What kind of effects will have on the I-140 petition application? Any experience and suggestions are welcome. Thanks
