Citizen application

86 master, 

 I saw the posts saying that I can apply the citizen when my PR is 4 yr and 9 mo. However, the N-400 form asks for the 5-year requirement. My 5 yr PR is Sept.10, 2007, what is the exact date that I can submit the form?
