今天得到了PERM, TN明年4月過期，

1），不申請H1B的話，可以直接申請140嗎？

2）。申請140後，是不是就不可以再延期TN了，

-You still can extend your TN until you file I-485. In other words,, I-140 filing does not affect TN extension or transfer.

明年5月以後拿什麽工作許可？
